What I Expect to Gain from HOST 4103

As a fourth year student, this year more than any other, I expect to learn the fundamentals of working in this industry. I hope that this year truly prepares me for the real world and helps me to feel confident in the industry I’ve chosen to succeed in. In terms of what I expect to gain specifically from HOST 4103, I hope to learn new and innovative marketing techniques that are specifically geared towards the hospitality industry. As well, I hope to learn how the internet and new technologies specifically affect marketing in the hospitality industry. Seeing as technology is constantly changing and developing, it is important to analyze how these changes affect yet enhance businesses.
